We're Making
It Simple

Joining a claim against high-powered organisations and corporations can feel like taking on a giant. That's why Pocket and its partners aim to make the process simple, secure and stress-free.

Here's How
It Works

01

Explore Claims

Pocket brings together numerous kinds of claims, meaning that – if you've been affected – you can be confident you'll have all the information you need to understand the nature of making a claim.

02

Submit Your Details

We take your details through our secure platform and, if you're eligible, we'll connect you to our trusted legal partners, who determine the merits of your claim and the potential compensation you could be owed.

03

Expert Review

Our trusted, SRA-regulated partners know how to get claimants the compensation they're entitled to. They'll review the details of your case, advise on its merits, and liaise with you as the claim progresses.

04

Relax, and Let Our Legal Partners Handle it

That's it! Through Pocket, you'll have the opportunity to review and potentially join other ongoing claims. The rest is simple: our partners will keep in touch with you and, if you're eligible to receive compensation, you'll be notified soon as possible.

How Your
Claim Progresses

First Steps

If you are eligible, we'll immediately deliver your claim to one of our trusted legal partners who will contact you as soon as possible. They will review, investigate and advise on the merits of your case.

We know what critical information is required to begin your case, meaning Pocket can significantly boost the start of your claim.

Following Up

Our legal partners will continue to keep you updated on your claim at the appropriate time.

This includes the potential compensation you could receive, and any additional information that may be required to progress your claim further.

What's Next?

Communication is key!

You'll receive important updates on the progress of your claim and will be notified by the partner law firm as soon as possible about the potential compensation you could receive.

Our Partners

At Pocket, we only work with law firms who are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), meaning you can be assured of your claim being handled with the strictest propriety, security, and efficiency.

Pocket Claim is not a law firm. We connect individuals with law firms and provide our service at no cost to you. While we may receive a fee from the law firms we introduce you to, this does not influence how much you get compensated if your claim is successful. We do not take responsibility for the legal advice or services offered by these firms. The content on this website is for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. While we assess claim eligibility, we cannot guarantee that a law firm will take on your case.

Why Trust Pocket?

SRA Regulated

We Work With SRA-Regulated Law Firms

We require that all of our partner firms are authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and adhere to their professional principles of independence, honesty, and integrity. As a result, our legal partners will always work in your best interests and in a way that upholds public trust and confidence in the legal services that they provide.

Data Protected

We're Secure

At Pocket, we're committed to keeping your data secure. Your lead data is protected by multi-layered encryption and access to data is strictly controlled; our system is designed to rebuff passive scanning and focuses on resilience and reliability at a fundamental level.

No Win, No Fee

Our Partners Are No Win, No Fee

All of our partner law firms operate on a no-win, no-fee basis, which means there are no upfront fees necessary to seek compensation. If your claim is successful, your solicitor will charge a 'success fee' which is deducted from your compensation award. Termination fees may apply if you do not adhere to the terms of the agreement.
